Real Estate Industry Veteran Scott DeRuiter Joins Sierra Interactive as Director of Sales and Partnerships

LOUISVILLE, KY (April 24, 2023) – Scott DeRuiter, former Co-Team Leader of Halcyon Home Group serving the North Atlanta Metro area, has joined Sierra Interactive as its new Director of Sales and Partnerships. In addition to leading the sales team, DeRuiter will be responsible for developing new industry partnerships and expanding existing programs.

Founded in 2007, Sierra Interactive develops front-end IDX-enabled websites, a CRM purpose-built for residential real estate teams and Google and Facebook ad management services. Sierra serves customers in more than 430 markets across the U.S. and Canada. 

With nearly 20 years in the residential real estate industry, DeRuiter has held a variety of leadership and business development positions, including Team Leader and managing broker with Keller Williams Realty and most recently as co-Team Leader focused on operations and business development with Halcyon Home Group (Real Broker, LLC). He also led sales and business development at real estate tech firms Top Producer and Realtor.com.

A seasoned real estate operator, DeRuiter also has coached with SpringB and Icenhower Coaching & Consulting to help improve Halcyon Home Group’s recruiting, business development and systems and is eager to put that knowledge to work here at Sierra
