Can you start by telling us a bit about Kee Technology Solutions and the core services or products you offer?
I founded KTS in 2021 after half a decade of supporting real estate agents and mastering customer relationship management systems. Our goal is to help solo agents, teams, and brokerages automate, simplify and streamline their CRM. We offer personalized done-for-you setups in Follow Up Boss, which feature email and SMS content with proven success in connecting and generating responses. Our automations on offer are designed to make sure no lead is left behind — they sort your contacts into the best calling lists and action plans for valuable interactions.
What inspired the founding of Kee Technology Solutions, and how has the company evolved since its inception?
KTS originally provided exclusive services to FUB users looking to revamp their CRM. However, as our team has grown, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with other services for CRM optimization and success. We’re excited to have recently been able to expand our services to Sierra Interactive users!
Could you elaborate on the unique value that Kee Technology Solutions brings to the industry and its clients?
Real estate agents have different priorities, client bases and workflows, and we’re pleased to offer customized action plans to reflect those identities. We work with agents to incorporate their web content and social media presence to make their action plans uniquely “theirs” while building influence and brand recognition.
We’re also not just about lead generation — we want to help agents follow the life cycle of their leads through closing and the past client phase, identifying repeat customers and important referrals along the way.
Finally, we understand how overwhelming it can be to track a flourishing client base, so our systems are built with efficiency in mind. With automated drips and dynamic call lists on their side, agent teams can focus on their daily workflow and promising leads as they pop up.
How did Kee Technology Solutions come to partner with Sierra Interactive, and what aspects of the partnership have been most beneficial?
We love what Sierra Interactive has to offer; it provides all the functionality that we’re looking for in a CRM to support our clients with smart filters, action plans and automations. There’s so much additional functionality within the automations and lead flow, and the fact that everything is built into the client’s system does that much more to streamline the process. They provide a wonderful community and abundant opportunities not just for their customers, but also their platform partners — collaboration felt inevitable!
It’s been exciting to see how Sierra’s IDX can push behavioral information to an agent’s CRM. We’ll see even better insights into gauging a lead’s level of interest — for instance, how the system might categorize clicking on a property, viewing a listing multiple times, requesting a showing, etc. From there, we can take that data and create behavioral automations and call lists catering to highly motivated buyers and sellers.
What future goals or plans do you have for your partnership with Sierra Interactive?
We’re looking forward to bringing our own value to Sierra Interactive’s client base and getting involved with the community. Engagement has always been a cornerstone of our strategy, and whether it’s answering questions in comments on Facebook, connecting with agents at industry conferences, hosting webinars or posting tips and tricks to YouTube, we believe heavily in the impact of the digital world.
How do you see the relationship between Kee Technology Solutions and Sierra Interactive evolving over the next few years?
We hope that as Sierra continues to grow its platform and capabilities, we’ll be able to match their innovations with new services to enhance Sierra users’ success in the real estate market.

How does Kee Technology Solutions ensure it stays ahead of industry trends and continues to innovate in its offerings?
The core of success in real estate is putting in the work, developing the proper skill sets and having a strong foundation in place — and a robust CRM makes up that foundation. We’re always keeping an eye out for new innovations that contribute to workflow; AI transcripts and insights are particularly valuable to clients spending a lot of time on the phone. But we tend to approach these trends with a particular lens: Is this just a shiny object, or does it actually solve a problem? Trends come and go, but a well-structured CRM can last you a lifetime.
