Affiliate Program FAQ’s

Sierra’s Affiliate Program is a commission-based referral program designed for people-centric real estate industry influencers, coaches, service providers and other consultants who want to help customers grow their business with a platform built for results.

It’s pretty simple! Once you become an affiliate, you’ll receive access to a unique link that you can share with your network. When a qualified lead schedules a demo with Sierra through your link and signs on with Sierra, you’ll receive a commission equal to 10% of their base package price for 12 months, paid up front. That’s right, if you refer someone who signs up with our Growth package, you’ll receive a check for $830.

If you’re a current Sierra customer, you can join our Customer Referral Program where you can earn credits on your monthly Sierra bill for each referral you send our way.

In all seriousness, there is no cap to what you can earn. For each new account that signs on with Sierra, you’ll earn 10% of their base package price for 12 months, paid up front.

Core package referrals can earn $599 per referral and Growth package referrals can earn $839 per referral. You can check out the difference in our packages here.

Once you are approved as an affiliate, Sierra will contact you by email to request your W9 form and payment address. We will issue you a check each quarter with the total sum of new accounts that signed on from your referral link that quarter.

Payments will be made following the payment terms in your contract.

Great question! You’re able to track each of your referrals in your personalized dashboard accessible via the sign in link above. Your dashboard will show each of your referrals, where they submitted their demo request, where they are in the sales process and finally, when they sign onboard with Sierra. You’ll also be able to track your earnings as you stack your referrals and see what you earned per referral and also in total.

You can share Sierra on blogs, social media, your website, presentations via speaking engagements, in masterminds, via email campaigns and more! You can also share it in any other way – be as creative as you’d like!
