They took a closer look at their tech stack and determined that a move from CINC, their current platform provider, to an alternative software solution could be the key. Tyler emphasizes the importance of research when considering a new platform.

“If you’re comparing platforms or PPC companies, definitely do your research and ask high-producing teams what they’re using.”

Her approach is data-driven, relying on testimonials and proven results from her peers.

“We take it from the word of mouth of producing teams and make sure we have their data before we make a decision.”

In April 2019, Tyler and her team made the decision to switch from CINC to Sierra Interactive as their full-suite Real Estate Platform for their powerful, industry-leading IDX websites and PPC ad management services.

“Chris and I are very big on maintaining team culture. With Chris moving to Vegas to personally oversee the expansion, we ensure that the core values and culture we’ve built in Reno are replicated.”

“We initiated our recruitment process through platforms like WizeHireand social media. Given our reputation as the number one real estate team in Nevada, many agents in Vegas were already following us. This organic interest helped us onboard new agents seamlessly.”

Innovative Lead Flow Strategy

Tyler created a unique lead flow strategy that helps in the Nevada Real Estate Group’s recruiting efforts and agent retention. She puts everyone into ponds with a waterfall lead flow system. Each new lead is available to claim in the first pond for five minutes, before it rolls to a 24 hour pond, then a 30 day pond and finally to unclaimed. Agents are rotated to different ponds each month to keep a level playing field for all agents regardless of their experience. This not only creates a highly productive team, but is very appealing to brand new agents, who now have  the opportunity to land significant leads from the pond. 

This first to claim lead flow strategy helps the Nevada Real Estate Group retain their most productive agents and manage an effective team. By treating every lead the same regardless of the source, Tyler leads her team through successfully working the 2,500 new leads that hit her database each month. With this lead flow model, their agents are up against 10-15 other agents to get on the phone, call that lead and claim it. This ensures that they’re always working to keep their pipeline full.
