Introduction to The Novak Team
I’m Rachael Novak. I run the Novak Real Estate Team with my husband, Mike. We run a team about 16 people. We do between 220 – 250 deals per year. I exclusively work on listings, so I work on sellers 100% of the time. It’s what I really love to do. Last year, I did about 24 million in volume and the year before I did almost 28 million. So, I definitely push the pace in regards to what I do each year.
