Lift Up Local 2025: Celebrating Real Estate Leaders Who Lead With Heart
December 17, 2025
Sierra Spotlight
At Sierra Interactive, we believe real estate is about far more than transactions – it’s about people, purpose and the communities we serve every day. That belief came to life in a big way through our Lift Up Local 2025 campaign.
This initiative was created to recognize real estate professionals who go above and beyond for their communities – the ones quietly doing the work, giving their time, opening their hearts and making a tangible difference where it matters most.
The response was overwhelming. We received heartfelt nominations highlighting acts of service, generosity, leadership and compassion. Choosing just three winners was no easy task – but these individuals stood out for the depth of their impact and the lives they continue to change.
🌟 Meet Our Lift Up Local 2025 Winners
Each Lift Up Local winner will receive $500 to donate to a charity of their choice, along with recognition across Sierra Interactive’s website and social channels. More importantly, they’ve earned the gratitude and admiration of their communities – something no award can fully capture. In no particular order, here’s our incredible winners:
Tracie Carlos: Showing Up, Every Single Day
Tracie Carlos doesn’t wait for holidays or recognition to serve others – helping people is simply part of who she is.
Each week, Tracie cooks and serves meals for more than 60 individuals at her local homeless shelter, ensuring people not only have food, but also feel seen and cared for. On Christmas Day, she goes even further, hosting a celebration complete with hot meals, clothing, shoes, gifts and essential supplies for those in need.
Her impact doesn’t stop there. Tracie regularly opens her home to young athletes who need a safe place to stay and works through her church to provide ongoing outreach and support throughout the year.
“Tracie doesn’t just help – she loves people through action,” her nominator shared.
“She gives her time, her home and her heart without ever expecting anything in return.”
Tracie’s dedication reminds us that lifting others up often starts with simply showing up – consistently and compassionately. Visit Tracie’s team at Ridgeline Real Estate to learn more about the heart behind her real estate business.
Kyle Morris: Turning Personal Triumph Into Hope for Others
Kyle Morris knows firsthand what it means to need support – and he’s turned his own journey into a mission to help others find hope, healing, and a path forward.
After overcoming addiction himself, Kyle committed his life to serving those experiencing homelessness, recovery, and transition. Each year, he mentors and supports hundreds of individuals, helping them find housing, resources and encouragement when they need it most.
Kyle’s impact is both personal and powerful. In one instance, he rallied support and raised over $10,000 in just a few days to help a mother in crisis regain stability. Through his real estate business, he’s built a service-driven team rooted in empathy and purpose.
“Kyle meets people where they are and helps them believe in what’s possible,” his nominator wrote.
“He doesn’t just talk about second chances – he helps create them.”
Kyle’s story is proof that lived experience can become a source of incredible strength for others. Explore Kyle’s team at TalkToTucker.com to see how service, leadership and real estate come together.
