Referral Program FAQs

The Primary Manager Referral Program is open to any Sierra customers who are the primary account owner.

You’ll earn a one-time credit equal to 10% of your referral’s annual base package price – applied to your next invoice after their Sierra platform launches. If the credit exceeds your monthly subscription, it’ll carry over to future invoices until it’s fully used. Just make sure both you and your referral remain active customers!

Great question! The Primary Manager referral program allows you to earn discounts off of your monthly Sierra bill, while the Agent referral program allows agents of teams to earn gift cards for each referral you send our way.

Your unique link will be displayed once you log into your above dashboard. Make sure you share that link with your referrals in order to get your platform discount applied to your Sierra invoice.

Each referral must be a brand new person or company that has never signed up to Sierra before. If you refer someone but they were already referred by someone else, the reward goes to the first person who referred them.
