How It Works

Sierra Interactiveโ€™s integration with Homebot brings powerful client insights and automated engagement directly into your CRM.

Homebot nurtures your database on autopilot, listening for intent signals and seamlessly passing them into Sierra so you can act before your competition even knows thereโ€™s an opportunity.

This overview video shows how the integration enhances your workflow with smart tagging, enriched lead data, and real-time insights – helping you identify high-intent prospects, stay connected with your database and turn everyday follow-up into meaningful conversations that drive more conversions.

Homebot: The engagement platform that keeps your database warm.

Homebot sends personalized monthly home value reports to every homeowner in your database – tracking equity, market trends, and seller intent. As clients engage, Homebot analyzes behavior and property data to identify when they may be preparing to make a move.

When a leadโ€™s โ€œLikely to Sellโ€ score spikes, youโ€™ll see it inside Sierra before anyone else does.

With the Sierra Interactive + Homebot integration, you can:

  • Automatically nurture your database with monthly insights
  • Identify high-intent homeowners through engagement
  • Get alerted when a leadโ€™s โ€œLikely to Sellโ€ score increases
  • Auto-apply tags in Sierra based on activity
  • Prioritize follow-up at the right time

The result is an automated nurture system that keeps you top-of-mind – while helping you act on opportunities before your competition.

Common Questions

Homebot is a client engagement and nurture platform centered on monthly home valuation reports. Each contact with a home address receives a personalized monthly email linking to a secure web portal where they can view their estimated home value, track equity, explore refinancing options, and request a CMA. Homebot drives consistently high click-through rates,ย making it one of the strongest passive nurture tools available for agents and teams today.

Built and maintained by API Nation, the integration connects your Homebot account to your Sierra account and listens for three high-intent lead signals: a “Likely to Sell” score of 80+, a “Highly Likely to Sell” score of 90+, and a direct CMA request. When any of these fire, the integration automatically tags the lead in Sierra. If that lead doesn’t exist in Sierra yet, it creates the record first, then applies the tag. In addition to this, there is a widget that can be placed across Sierra content pages, designed to capture seller leads.

Both display the same home valuation experience. The widget is the recommended option, as it keeps leads on your Sierra site with the valuation appearing in a popup window, rather than redirecting them to a standalone external page. The landing page is available if you prefer it. Both are included with every Homebot account, and Sierra pre-installs the widget on your site at signup so it’s ready to go immediately.

Yes. Any lead in Sierra with a complete street address can be synced into Homebot by applying a specific “Add Client” tag. Once tagged, they’re automatically added to your Homebot account and will start receiving monthly Home Digest emails immediately. No CSV exports or manual uploads needed.

No. Both are optional. If you prefer to manage which leads go into Homebot manually, you can apply the “Add Client” tag to any Sierra lead with a full address. Sierra pre-sets up the widget for new subscribers so it’s available immediately if you want it,ย but you’re never required to use it.

No. The Sierra Homebot package bundles both your Homebot subscription and your API Nation integration into a single monthly fee, priced lower than purchasing each plan independently.ย You’ll see these charges on your Sierra bill.ย There’s one subscription, one bill.
