Usage tracking; Collection of your IP Address. Your IP address is a unique number used to identify your specific computer on a public network. Sierra Interactive may collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to analyze consumer behavior and trends, and to review the use of our site. IP addresses are not used to personally identify a customer and are kept anonymous. Sierra Interactive may use IP addresses to identify a customer when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our site terms of use or terms of service, or to protect our service, site’s, customers or others.

‍Use of Cookies. Sierra Interactive may use “cookies” to track web site visitors. Cookies are small amounts of data that the user retains on their computer. This enables the visitor to retrieve previously saved information. Cookies are also used to customize navigation of the web site to be consistent with the visitor’s preferences.

‍Use of Google User Data Granted Through Google Account Access Via tools provided by Sierra Interactive, clients may choose to link their Google mail / G Suite email accounts with the Sierra Interactive CRM. Our admin area is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection and your email password is not stored on our servers, nor is it visible at any time to anyone on your account or anyone at Sierra Interactive. No one on our staff or in your company will ever have access to your email password. In establishing this secure connection, we do not retain all of your email. We use your secure Google account connection to: a) send email on your behalf to contacts within your account, when you choose to do so; b) identify email conversations between you and your contacts and store those conversations as part of each contact’s history. Only those emails which are part of your conversations with contacts are stored, and only those conversations are retained. We do not access or retain any of your other email information. The only emails your contacts receive from our system are the ones you choose to send them. We do not add your contacts to additional mailing lists.

‍Some versions of our CRM application are built using Context.IO technology.By signing up or using this application, you understand and agree that DokDok, Inc., its parent company, Return Path, Inc. and their affiliates (collectively “Context.IO Providers”), who provide Context.IO, may have access to your information and will be permitted to use that information in accordance with Return Path’s Privacy Policy. If you wish to opt out of sharing your information with Context.IO Providers, you may do so at optout.context.io.
